  • A monthly payment installment plan is available. You may also pay in full at any time.
  • Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current. A reservation that has gone 60 days without a monthly payment can be cancelled without notice.
  • Late payments will result in late fee charges. A late fee of $100.00 will be charged after 4 grace days. It will be added to your account on the 5th day. Two consecutive missed payments (or 60 days) will result in automatic cancellation and forfeiture of your reservation. A reinstatement fee will be required in order to re-activate your account (pending approval by SEEvents Travel).
  • If you choose the payment plan, you will receive monthly notices prior to when your payment is due.
  • Provided full payment is received by Final Payment Due Date, itineraries and travel instructions will be sent via email 30 days prior to travel.
  • It is the passengers’ responsibility to notify SynPant Eprises Events Group LLC dba SEEvents Travel of all email address changes.
