  • A monthly payment installment plan is available. You may also pay in full at any time.
  • Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current. A reservation that has gone 60 days without a monthly payment can be cancelled without notice.
  • Late payments will result in late fee charges. A late fee of $100.00 will be charged after 4 grace days. It will be added to your account on the 5th day. Two consecutive missed payments (or 60 days) will result in automatic cancellation and forfeiture of your reservation. A reinstatement fee will be required in order to re-activate your account (pending approval by SEEvents Travel).
  • If you choose the payment plan, you will receive monthly notices prior to when your payment is due.
  • Provided full payment is received by Final Payment Due Date, itineraries and travel instructions will be sent via email 30 days prior to travel.
  • It is the passengers’ responsibility to notify SynPant Eprises Events Group LLC dba SEEvents Travel of all email address changes.
  • All prices are based on the rates of exchange in effect at the time of price quotation. In the event that the US dollar devalues, SynPant Eprises Events Group LLC dba SEEvents Travel reserves the right to increase prices accordingly. Your final invoice will reflect increases resulting from currency devaluation.
