Is SynPant Eprises Events Group LLC dba SEEvents Travel a certified and licensed company?

Yes, we are certified with IATAN. We secured a $5M general liability insurance policy and Errors and Omissions Insurance.

How do I reserve a trip?

Reserving a trip is easy! Sign up online or call us at 470 603 7121. Our group sizes are small, though, so destinations frequently sell out months in advance. To reserve your trip, a 20% deposit is required. You can pay the full price or monthly payments.

Do you offer flexible payments?

Yes, we offer flexibility to pay for your trip. A 20% deposit per person secures your spot at the time of booking. Other payment options are pay in full or in payments. You can pay via invoice, or call us during business hours, to make a payment in any amount at your choosing. Your balance is due in full 45 days prior to your departure.

Payments are non-refundable or non-transferable. (strongly suggest purchasing trip insurance).

This is because SynPant Eprises Events Group LLC d/b/a SEEvents Travel has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines, and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain refunds. This way, we can keep our package prices competitive and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation.

When will I receive the detailed itinerary?

You will receive the trip itinerary once the final payment is processed.

What forms of payment do you accept?

All prices quoted are in US dollars and subject to change. SEEvents Eprises Events Group LLC dba SEEvents Travel LLC accepts Visa®, Mastercard®, American Express, Discover®, and ACH.

What happens after I book my trip?

You will receive an invoice with the payment amount processed with your balance listed.

Does SEEvents Eprises Events Group LLC dba SEEvents Travel LLC provide travel insurance?

No, we stress travelers to purchase trip insurance.
Sometimes life happens, and you need to cancel your trip or return home early. Travel insurance helps protect against last-minute cancellation, trip interruption and to cover medical treatment or emergency medical evacuation during your trip. We strongly recommend you purchase travel insurance (please add Allianz Global Assistance) in advance of your trip. Give us a call if you have any questions about trip insurance:

Is airfare included in the trip price?

We offer two packages – land only and full package with air included. Please contact the SEEvents Eprises Events Group LLC dba SEEvents Travel LLC, if you would like us to add air to your land only trip at your expense.

What if I get sick or injured on a SEEvents Eprises Events Group LLC dba SEEvents Travel LLC trip?

Depending on the severity of the injury or illness, participants could be evacuated from the trip to a medical facility or other nearby location to receive advanced care. Any additional costs associated with medical treatment, evacuation or transportation would be your responsibility, which is one of the many reasons we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
